Also, which is more important, what kind of magnesium salt it is? Could not find it in the description which is kinda weird.

edit: I just saw your previous post about taking magnesium oxide for migraines. I've discussed this in a different magnesium deal thread, but the gist is that while magnesium oxide is the most studied form for migraines, the actual therapeutic effect--blocking NMDA receptors and preventing cortical spreading depression--is magnesium-dependent, not oxide-dependent. Magnesium oxide is dirt cheap and has a high elemental weight, which is why it was the standard form when the first major trials were funded decades ago. However, modern pharmacology favors magnesium glycinate. A properly chelated version, such as Albion's TRAACS, is not only highly absorbable and gentle on the stomach, but it is also better for maintaining the sustained, high systemic levels of magnesium required for migraine prevention. Glycinate reaches the bloodstream more efficiently and stays there longer than oxide. Plus, glycine itself is an inhibitory neurotransmitter, so combining it with magnesium provides a double calming effect on the nervous system that can be especially beneficial for those whose migraines are triggered by stress. You can also try magnesium L-threonate (may be more relevant for the aura phase) in the morning and glycinate in the evening to take advantage of its calming effect on sleep and nervoous system.
NEVER MIND, I JUST SAW YOUR OTHER RESPONSE. Sorry babes...
