I'm ordering two 16e with port in. I already have one line ip13 I just got delivered today and it was for a new number. This is my only account and I'm ordering white color. I am porting from helium and visible - for helium I used all zeroes first for socials and it got cancelled. Second time I used my correct it got cancelled as well.

Same getting cancellation email within 2min of placing my order, tried couple of times. this Would my 3rd line, I just activated my 2 lines today.

I'm porting in from Metro by T-Mobile, orders keep getting cancelled due to "unable to verify the information you provided", I provided correct account and transfer PIN, what could be wrong? Should I select "Metro" as port from carrier?
