For Chrome, open incognito page, chose I need a new number, chose $55 plan, enter your zip, hit get new number, hoover your mouse to the top right area near the X then message for coupon will pop up, works for me every time. These $25 off coupon works for only new customer, won't work for existing customer option. I can give you a code if you can't generate one.

I plan to trade in my iPhone 16e with Google. After reading the current comments, it seems that to avoid any issues, I should not transfer the number to another phone.

P/s : I bought a Pixel 10a with an iPhone 16e (from this Cricket deal) trade-in last week.

In the store, they are just salespeople. They're friendly and can try multiple times, but if they follow the same steps, the result will not change. I'd recommend sending the phone to the trade-in center. They seem to have better tooling.
