It was in person, he show me the result too.
Good to know. According to the chat rep, my SN# is most likely flagged in their system after the initial trade in failure.

I mean it's good that I ordered the Pixel 10a and using one as a trade in, but would have been nice to not get any rejects from Apple.

My order was instantly canceled when I used the same shipping address as the first line. After reading some comments, I changed it to a different address, and so far I haven't received a cancellation email.
What payment method did you use?

Data point: Seemed to have gotten an order through adding a line with a different shipping address. Went to go add another line though and can't get through checkout, says "something happened with our system". So probably limiting multiple orders within a certain timeframe.

So now Cricket is limiting just one order per shipping address? That is crazy. And sounds like Apple is not accepting many trade ins as well.
This deal could seriously backfire for a lot of people.

Even if apple trade-in is dead, these can be used for trade in deals in the future.

any hint how to request port out pin from Mobile X ?
Go to their website and chat with a representative. But keep in mind that it'll cost you $3 to port out if it's in the first 10 days of your plan

If you're able to get the iPhone 16e cheap by adding additional lines, it's still a slick deal.

No it seems they're just canceling every order now for those who just got a new account activated and adding additional lines
Yeah looks like it.

So rep told me use different card and address for order to go thru and not get canceled. Tried that and it worked. Line #4. Also 2 trade ins at apple store worked just fine, no questions asked

Where did you see one order per address tho? I'm still seeing limit 4 phones for port-in and 2 for new number.

I had that issue. Switched over to my phone and turned off W-Fi and was able to place an order on my 5G phone internet
