I'm at checkout now but they only give the option to enter info for 1 of the 2 port in numbers.Edit: Just got "system busy" error and now there are no carrier information/account fields for either port in numbers on checkout.
After checking out with info for one number, they will contact you with a link to add the info for the second one

Ah I see, thanks. I think they're updating or having website issues. Now neither lines have info. I'm not sure I wanna place the order now or wait until they sort it out.

When I go to payment, I only see credit card/Phone payment plans/Affirm as payment options. Where do I find the Paypal option?

They even cancel my iPhone 13 order now (got 2 16e in 2 previous orders). Paypal no longer an option. tried address variation with ApplePay and GPay and even directly with a Privacy.com CC. everything getting cancelled

Sometimes the reps for companies end up on these threads. With so many folks explaining in great detail how to …well maximize the saving what they really doing is explaining to company reps where the holes that need to be patched are. If it was my job to investigate a sudden uptick in new accounts for the iPhone 16 & 13. I would first start by searching regedit and that would of course lead me here.

Exactly my thoughts Big Grin
found a useful advice post#629 "I work for them and you need to keep the plan the same for two months, and then you can drop it to $30 w autopay 10gb plan. After your second month of service is up. You need keep the service on for 6mo to get the phone unlocked"

For those of you who select new number, $60 supreme unlimited plan and no auto pay, do you think Cricket can still bill you after the 1st month?

What is there to investigate? Those shits probably want to buy the phones themselves because there is nothing wrong with people buying what a company is trying to sell. Afterall Cricket wants to get rid of these old devices and people are simply paying what cricket is asking for. So what's the problem

For Chrome, open incognito page, chose I need a new number, chose $55 plan, enter your zip, hit get new number, hoover your mouse to the top right area near the X then message for coupon will pop up, works for me every time. These $25 off coupon works for only new customer, won't work for existing customer option. I can give you a code if you can't generate one.
Can I have a code please?

I think you missed my point. This discussion board is a treasure chest of what needs patching. This and regedit are goldmines from a companies prospective. And a mole on the thread may/or may not explain why so many shared holes discussed close shortly there after.

My 2nd phone's just shipped today. I activated it. I just have a port-in number, go for the third line. But I got this: "Activate Your Other Line First, Please", then I checked it again "Your service is already activated!". I can not pass this page. May be have to wait to receive the 2nd phone? Anybody help?

Cricket wireless is a prepaid carrier. You don't pay, you don't get service.
