i've been trying to add 2 more lines to my account but keep getting order cancelation due to "unable to verify your information". my first order went through with paypal checkout and USmobile # port in. now this time porting Helium #, no paypal option and google checkout got error with addresses not matching ?!?! so I went though normal checkout and got cancelled twice now.
Also tried one local store and they quote me close to $190/phone.... they said 2 months, $120, activation $25, then over $50 in taxes... online order had no tax whatsoever, nor activation... Not sure how people reported $370 out the door for 5 phones...

hmmm.... we're allowed 5 lines/account. why can't we add lines in different orders...
also wasn't the 16e port-in was limited to 2 per order?
My first order was 9-10 days ago then despite port-in info wasn't correct for a few days, it wasn't cancelled. but now can't order more, even with 3mo prepaid but with multiline discounts, it's still decent

Rep has to basically go through the setup process to get to the scan process. 1st one scanned all clear. 2nd one I think he messed something up in the initial setup so couldn't get to the scanning step, so just aborted it and manually checked off the conditions for trade in. If I include the $90 cap1 rewards for cricket, my total out of pocket was $60 for $610 in gift cards! Thanks OP.

Did you activate the devices and have the eSIMs transferred over to another device prior to doing the trade in?

Yes. 1st one I activated and then transferred esim after about 3 days to another iphone. The 2nd one I activated this morning, and then immediately transferred to my mother's ip13pm.

$370 for 5x phones is not farfetched or out of the ordinary. I only needed to buy one 16e when I visited one of the local Cricket stores in my area and they charged me $72 altogether. You just have to make sure they're not trying to upsell you or including any unnecessary accessories/add-on's to your order so that it comes out that way.
