T-Mobile 30 day eSIM Trial on T-Life App you can port it out for free. I got 4 phones to use on trials from Straight Talk/Total Wireless deals unlocked in last 3 years.

After get Free Trial Number create a T-Mobile ID: Use the T-Mobile website to link your trial number to a email/profile.

Locate Account Info: Your account number in the "Account Summary" section of the online portal. Generate a Port PIN: Under Settings in Profile

For Chrome, open incognito page, chose I need a new number, chose $55 plan, enter your zip, hit get new number, hoover your mouse to the top right area near the X then message for coupon will pop up, works for me every time. These $25 off coupon works for only new customer, won't work for existing customer option. I can give you a code if you can't generate one.

Sounds like some stores either don't check or more likely, don't care about the ID thing, and just make a new account anyway.

appears can change billing address on cricket website to anything so it won't match ID if go to store.

Yes for me, 2 out of 7 phones have unauthorized modified, 1 was overrided by manager, 1 still stuck in the drawer now

Very wrong Got 5 in store for 370Online before they killed was best though 5 for 185 but that was 3 iPhone 13 and only two 16eIn store there is no limit and u only have to pay one month plus tax If there are additional fees in store its all scam fees. Activation is easily waived

Best Buy will give you a $200 gift card for the 16e, or go into the Apple store and ask for the genius bar to check your phone and show them the receipt that it is a brand new phone and has not been modified. That seems to have worked for some here, and the manager pushed through the approval. Good luck!

Thank for the advice. I have the phone but did not do anything yet. Do you know anything about sale tax at Applestore. Should I tradein for "giftcard" and later use it pay for a new unlocked phone, or tradein while buying a phone?

I had the same issue as you whenever I took advantage of TracFone's promo last Oct for the iPhone 13 since they had implemented eSIMs instead of offering physical SIM cards like the Total Wireless deal did. I figured it out after playing w/ the Settings menu (under Cellular) and I noticed the SIMs could be adjusted w/ one taking priority.
