PoE is cool but do you need 8 powered ports? I understand the convenience of PoE, the need of PoE with cameras, etc, but considering a good non-PoE 8 port Gigabit switch is around $20, for the remaining $40 I can by bunch of adapters.
Never the less, this switch is good and definitely has it's use cases.

Idk lets say you have 8 cameras, you'd really rather have a cheap switch + 8 adapters?

For cameras, I will definitely go with PoE for 2 reasons: 1) the camera locations usually don't have a nearby outlets; 2) centralized UPS.
But to buy this switch to power a few Raspberry Pi's or some other SBCs, which don't run critical tasks - this is something I will not do, unless I already have a PoE switch with available ports.
That's why I said it "definitely has it's use cases"

Well, if you need to power 8 POE devices, then you need 8 POE ports. I would rather have it on my switch than having to have 8 external PoE injectors that requires outlets and space. The cost will probaby be cheaper. In saying that, 62W is on the low-end if you have more than 3-4 ports PoE devices, especially if they required 15W.
