That's an overly simplified way of looking at nutritional content. This juice is a higher sugar content than most sodas on a per volume basis. Juices based on concentrates like this, while more cost-effective to manufacture and distribute, often have degraded vitamin content, including lower bio-availability of those vitamins meaning your body cannot utilize the content very effectively. If someone happened to be in a very niche segment of the population where they are literally deficient in vitamin C, the juice could be the better option. But the vast majority of the population in the developed world is getting adequate vitamin C on a daily basis. Additional vitamin C past what your body can use simply is excreted in urine.
I guess it depends on which soda you're comparing it to. There's no way you could consider Mt. Dew or Pepsi healthier than this juice...

Pro-tip: mix this (or any high sugary fruit juice) with sparkling water like seltzer/club soda and ice. Start with 30% juice and add more if you want it sweeter. Turns it from a sugar bomb into a refreshing drink.
