Probably not, but you should ALWAYS verify with your Owner's Manual for the circuit.

Most "cigarette lighter" sockets of today run a 15A fuse, which means they can handle 180W minimum constant power (if your system is running lower than 12V, you have a battery/alternator/inverter problem, "standard" resting low is 12.5V, most run 13.5V or higher when running/charging, many run 14.2-14.4V).

The socket on mine is "standard" for today with a 15A fuse. BUT I have heard of ones that only have a 10A fuse, that would be pushing it if you ran this at "full" load for a long period of time. It won't happen instantly, most standard auto fuses are rated WELL above markings (double or more) for several seconds minimum.
