The Bambino is a compact espresso machine that stands out for fast heat up, solid shots, and easy hot water for americanos or tea. Paired with a decent grinder, it can make café style drinks quickly, and the milk frothing is good enough for home use even if it trails pricier models. The main limits are minimal temperature control and a workflow that can feel clunky for long coffees. It is a strong value if speed and espresso quality matter more than extra features.
Coffee hobbyists pairing it with a good grinder, because shot quality improves with proper grinding and the machine can produce very consistent espresso.
Home espresso drinkers who want fast shots and hot water on demand, because it heats quickly and can dispense water immediately for americanos or tea.
Milk-drink makers who want café-style espresso at home, because it pulls strong shots quickly and handles steaming for lattes and hot cocoa.
Busy parents who need a fast morning routine, because it can replace kettle waiting and make espresso drinks quickly.
Shoppers who hate maintaining a separate grinder, because poor grinding prevents good espresso and the machine depends heavily on grind quality.
People expecting a one-button long espresso workflow, because longer drinks require a two-step process.
Drinkers who want precise temperature control, because the water temperature is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
People who want milk frothing to match higher-end machines, because the frothing is not quite at the same level as the Barista Pro.

I went down this "best grinder/machine/beans from local roasters" rabbit hole and to me the end result was always pretty much the same as ground grocery store coffee in a $15 Walmart brewer.
I have no doubt that 1% of coffee drinkers can tell a difference just make sure you're one of them. Like when you buy a coffee from a coffee shop and take a sip your eyes roll back and your body stays feeling waves of ecstatic shakes and the world around explodes with fireworks.
Otherwise it's a complete waste of money.

I already had an OXO grinder that does okay on its finest setting. I get Peet's Major Dickinson's Dark Roast from Costco per Reddit recommendation.
The steamer can provide hot water on demand which is nice for Americano or a quick cup of tea. No more waiting for the electric kettle to boil. Also steaming milk for a little hot cocoa for the kids is nice.
I should have gotten something like it sooner. Not a shill, I just like practical stuff.
The milk frothing isn't quite at the same level compared to pro, but at this price point, it's hard to beat. Paired with a good entry-level coffee grinder, you'll be making café-quality drinks at home and won't need to go to Starbucks anymore.
