These looks like a knockoff of the Govee lights I paid out the nose for. Do these work with Home Assistant?

They seem to only have the remote and Bluetooth control no wi-fi. I agree they look just like them except my guess is the quality and long-term durability won't be a match. Probably better just to buy the name brand and set it and forget it as it works with your entire house within one app flawlessly. Good for people who don't have that govee money though.

Add a cheap ESP32 to it and bingo!

Govee was a knockoff brand too. Can almost be certain they are made in the same factory district as Govee and the other all-consonants Chinese brands.

Govee was never a knock-off—they're a disruptor. They were founded by the former CTO of Anker they were the first to Pioneer RGBIC light strips.
That OIYN light, on the other hand, is the definition of a cheap clone. These brands just mimic the design but strip away the quality. You're getting cheap plastic instead of aluminum and no app instead of real smart home integration.
