I have a small lawn with 3 fruit trees. Will this mess with my trees? Is there a safe distance?

As long as you don't have exposed roots and don't get it on the tree your pretty safe. Just know it is a grass kill killer as well so it will kill the lawn. If it's a small area I would recommend pulling the weeds manually

No. You need Moss Out for that. I've tried before. It's also $6 at Home Depot for now (for the Spectracide).

  • Diquat dibromide (0.12%) – Contact herbicide that can irritate eyes and skin and is harmful if swallowed; more serious toxicity with large exposures.
  • Fluazifop‑p‑butyl (0.06%) – Systemic grass herbicide; can cause eye and skin irritation and is harmful if ingested or with prolonged exposure.
  • Dicamba, dimethylamine salt (0.04%) – Broadleaf herbicide; can irritate eyes/skin and is harmful if swallowed; also of concern for off‑target drift to desirable plants.
These are the chemicals you are dealing with.
