I bought this off Amazon couple months ago ... made little omelets, fried eggs and Japanese red bean cakes with it. Could make pancakes with it too.

Coating that eventually scratches and leeches into your food, this one is a pass.

Scratches when you use a silicon spatula? Please explain.

I use their pans, and it does scratch with a silicon spatula. I make ground beef with it and break it up in the pan on high heat with a spatula; it does indeed scratch.

Ah. High heat is the problem, not the spatula. I think <350F is recommended for non-stick.
