The Dexley is a wide all mesh ergonomic chair that stands out for comfort, especially for taller or larger frames, with better armrests and lumbar support than the Hyken. Long term reports are strong on durability, with chairs still going after several years and Staples warranty support replacing broken parts quickly and for free. The main caveats are a short headrest for people over 6 feet, possible squeaks or armrest cracking over time, and some mesh or seat wear after years of use. It is a solid value at this sale price if the fit works for you.
Taller desk workers who want a wider seat, because the chair fits larger frames better and the armrests and lumbar support feel more comfortable after adjustment.
Home-office sitters who need a chair that stays comfortable for years, because it has held up well for five-plus years with durable mesh and solid overall comfort.
Buyers who want warranty-backed parts replacement, because support can ship replacement pieces quickly when a seat or armrest breaks.
People using a hard-floor desk setup, because rollerblade-style wheels make it glide more smoothly and quietly across wood floors.
Buyers expecting a maintenance-free chair for the long haul, because the mesh, armrests, base, or reclining mechanism can wear or crack over time.
Very tall users who need a high headrest, because the headrest sits too low and can feel like a neck rest above six feet.
Heavy users over 275 pounds who recline often, because the reclining lockout can wear oval and start squeaking loudly within months.
People who sit in cold air-conditioned offices, because the all-mesh design can make the chair feel colder.

I went to Staples and sat in both.
The Dexley is wider, has better armrests, and feels a little more comfortable.
The Hyken is smaller but the head rest seems more comfortable because of how it hits my neck.
Won't be buying either until price goes back down.
