The Dexley is a wide all mesh ergonomic chair that stands out for comfort, especially for taller or larger frames, with better armrests and lumbar support than the Hyken. Long term reports are strong on durability, with chairs still going after several years and Staples warranty support replacing broken parts quickly and for free. The main caveats are a short headrest for people over 6 feet, possible squeaks or armrest cracking over time, and some mesh or seat wear after years of use. It is a solid value at this sale price if the fit works for you.
Common Questions (4)
It can hold up for 5+ years with the mesh still in decent shape, and some owners report it still going strong after several years. Common wear points are the armrests, seat mesh, and reclining lock mechanism, which can loosen or crack over time.
Yes. A new Staples account can trigger an extra 15% off or a $15 off coupon, and some shoppers had to use a new email or even a different browser to make the pop-up appear. The code appears to be one-time use.
Yes. The chair reportedly has a 7-year warranty, and Staples support can send replacement parts such as a seat or other broken components after a short call. Keeping the white warranty tag on the seat cushion and having the order number helps.
The Dexley is the larger version and is better suited to taller or larger users, roughly 5'10" and above. The Hyken is the smaller option and tends to fit average or shorter people better.

I went to Staples and sat in both.
The Dexley is wider, has better armrests, and feels a little more comfortable.
The Hyken is smaller but the head rest seems more comfortable because of how it hits my neck.
Won't be buying either until price goes back down.
