Anectodal - I have purchased a total of 5 On shoes - 3 of them were tighter/rubbed (all returned) and one of them is loose (use it with thick wool socks). That is a 20% fit match rate.

Anyone else having a problem with the website link not opening? Tried a different browser with the same results. Also in troubleshooting I noticed trust pilot has very negative reviews of hibbertsports.com avg a 1.5.
