Good price for this model. The flat sole and narrow fit seems like it would be good for weightlifting and mobility exercises (and taekwondo presumably). Hoping it holds up to bending better than my chuck taylors.

Idk they have pivot circles for kicks For the lifts squats you probably want to stay locked and planted
