That's a lot of VRAM, but I guess it's mainly limited by the driver and software support, especially when it comes to things other than gaming, or how is the oneAPI support now compared to CUDA and ROCm?

I have an Intel Arc A770 card and it is great for video editing but if you want to do AI stuff with it you will be very limited. The support never came in for intel cards in many of the ai projects.

That's because the B70 and B65 GPUs are designed for AI, where the other cards werent.

How does this compare to just integrated Ryzen Ai Max 395+ since you can just use all the integrated RAM as VRAM on the ryzen?

It is for graphics cards. And I guarantee the street price of this one will go to over $1k.

They added CUDA support? No? You want to run the latest stuff you need CUDA support. Try doing gaussian splatting on intel and tell me that you are not limited.
I am all for intel doing well but the software has not caught up to the hardware. I hope these cards push developers to include them but it has not happened yet.
If you can confirm the tool of your choice works with it already , great! If not you are in for a bad time getting things up and running.

I would imagine it will eventually if they sell enough of them. Just like translation layers and toolkits for AMD GPUs.

I have 2 of these and run cuda stuff all the time. intel has an automatic translator that handles 95% of the code cases which means most of my stuff come straight over with 0 issues. The real issue is Intel is about 2-3 weeks behind on getting the latest stuff automatically sorted out, So I had to spend 3 days getting Turboquant in to my build because I wasn't going to wait the 2-3 weeks. where as Nvidia and Rocm already have it after a few days.
