Wonder if they caught (or even updated) references to countries that no longer exist or have since been renamed? For example Czechoslovakia or Zaire. And as far as I can remember they never even acknowledged Wakanda at all.

I have the 40th Anniversary edition disc and it comes with stickers and I tihnk an extra skin in game. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be running the limited time events anymore, so that is a bummer as I bought it used and didn't get to try that. Otherwise, the game is fun if you've played any previous iterations

Having this iteration of the game, called the 40th anniversary edition, is actually really sad. It may be a Carmen Sandiago game, but it is NOT what was released years ago that many of us loved.
