EDIT: Nvm, only the desktop site it says "Refill your plan(s) by 03/20/2027" but the app only shows the Month and Day so I got confused for a second.

Bundled phones are linked to included plan which gets added when phone is activated. It's to keep people from reselling the cheap plan without the phone.

chat told me that it was inactivated due to non-usage. They said that I need to call or text at least once per week.
that sucks and that won't work for my usage. i currently have 6 phones scattered amongst family as emergency back ups.
