Not that this adds much insight, but from their account and ordering FAQ:

Why isn't my state/country/province listed; do you ship internationally?
With the exception of Shirt.Woot!, we do not currently ship outside of the contiguous 48 United States. Certain sales or products may not be eligible to ship to specific states. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Mexico.

I'd love to see disqualified states listed properly, but oh well.

everytime i click on a link to go to woot.com, i get an error message that says "this site can't be reached" anyone know what the issue might be? same problem occurs whether I use chrome or explorer

Maybe something with your ISP? I've never had that issue ever. Unless you are running some type of security software, a firewall running that blocks it or something? I dunno.

that's the odd thing, nothing has changed in terms of ISP or anything on my computer. Also looked into adblockers etc, But it's only woot links that has this issue.
