That said, they are controversial here on SD and people have had varying experiences with delivery, warranty service, etc. Search past threads on clearancechair for more info.
Personally, I had mixed experience with their warranty service. It seems like they no longer have parts to repair these clearance models, so if you have an issue they will offer to swap with a refurbished alternative model which you may or may not be satisfied with.
