I've personally had horrible experience with VIPOUTLET on eBay actually very recently, they never shipped, communicated, nothing, eBay had to refund me after two weeks. But who knows luck of the draw I guess.

Last item i tried to buy from Vipoutlet was an air purifier. Placed order, order verified, shipping label created and then the next day order canceled with them claiming oos. When I checked to see if oos, item was still in stock but price had now doubled.
