I got this for $12.50 only because of the price, as it sounded like a good idea, and I have a lot of space in the basement, and could organize a few things. This was ~7 years ago and it still sits on the shelf. I will likely never install it.
Just a word of caution to only purchase these things if you really in need of one, and not because organizing things is a good idea and the price is right.

I have the Spacekeeper ones from Amazon [amazon.com]. Just a little heavier duty with 120 lbs per shelf. NLA at Amazon but they work fine for me.

These are so useful for all the random wood scraps. First time I've seen a pre-fabbed one. I've always just slapped it together with scraps

Can you explain a little more as to why? I am looking at both deals and they both seem to support the same amount of weight, these re 4-level and the link you provided are 3-level. What makes your 3-level ones better/beefier than these? Just curious!

I can definitely see this happening to me. But I also have a ton of lumber laying around my garage and back yard. I will take your precautionary tale as motivation to install these ASAP

Or, and just give me a moment here, if you have all that spare wood lying around, you could make it yourself for free.

Is this for storing the spare wood you have lying around the garage? Just in case one day you need it?
