Woot is an overstock of products that only god knows where they came from
Amazon is regular inventory...For $1 more, the expectation of getting a better quality product (relative to Woot) is much higher... and that's the math...

onto the cologne at hand. i have this and i think its worth 19 dollars, it is more feminine leaning as it smells sweet. i personally dont mind it but i can see how some men could find it off putting but for 19 you definitely won't go wrong trying it and perhaps holding it for occasions where it can come in handy to be more sweet smelling and fruity.
The most in disappointed is with the Tropical. I liked the OG Hawas, hence had my eyes on the Ice and Fire and the other versions. When the Tropical came on sale I just got it thinking it will be the same multi hour projection and long lasting and strong. But despite multiple sprays I can barely smell it on me after 15 mins.
