I wouldn't rule these out because of that, the per unit cost here is $14.25, whereas the best deal for the 2nd gen is $20 per unit. That involves spending $40 more ($100 total for the Costco 5pack). Gen 1 is more than enough for most people imo.

Yup these have been $14 individually and 4 pack keeps dropping past few months from $65 then $63, $60, $59, and now $57. 4 pack still hasn't beaten the $14 each price yet. I would think it will eventually.
