I'm able to easily see that my warehouse doesn't carry most weights and that I'd need to order it online.

It's warren oil, the same people who make supertech. I'm thinking if you are changing every 5000 miles (especially given that it's so cheap to do so with this), it'll be no issues. But obviously, ymmv

Interestingly, from I can see, it's $30 for 2x 5qt in-store so online is actually cheaper. I really like that the Costco app lets you check in-store inventory and prices now.

Is this also good for lawn mowers and power washers? 10-30 is recommended but ChatGPT says I can use 5-30 oil

Oddly, I'm in San Diego area with lots of Costco's and none of the ones I checked with the app show ANY results for "motor oil". I wonder if they blocked results or the warehouses really stopped carrying motor oil (doubtful)?

5w-30 or 10w-30 both work fine for lawn mowers, generators, power washers! These are synthetic oils, unlike those "cheap" 2-cycle engine oils.

Note on shipping: last time I ordered this it was cheaper online than in store, but one bottle in my 2 pack was damaged so I had to return in store. I had ordered the mix and match (0W-20 + 5W-30) and they wouldn't let me just take a box of 0W-20 as an exchange. Slight hassle but the manager helped and made things right.
Just a heads up that shipping oil can be more of a hassle than just buying in store!

my 2025 Sienna oil are extremely black after 5k, even though Its recommended 10k, so I did it myself anyway every 5k.

But yeah, I'm surprised some of you are saying its cheaper online. Sometimes it's cheaper in store because of shipping costs to them. Good deal nonetheless.

The search function in the app is kinda dumb. It only returns results for exact matches. So try different words, like 5w30 for example.

That was it...the actual item title does not say "motor oil" so that is why search did not find it (search must just check titles and not other information).
