Been using EB Slinky's for years and think they're the best brand of strings on the market for the price. Can't personally say what these are like , however have a few customers who swear by em. For this price, worth a shot. Supposed to last for quite a while without sounding dead and the one perk I keep hearing is from those who've a tendancy to break strings, these are pretty resistant from breaking.

Strings are the cheapest item on a guitar that effects playability, tone , sustain etc.

They're on sale everywhere that sells them apparently. Same price a guitar center, sweetwater, etc.

These seem similar to the Daddario NYXL that I prefer. Those strings do make a difference, last longer, sounds the same as regular, feel the same as regular (unlike coated strings), much stronger if using Floyd rose or big bends. If you like EB strings then these might be worth trying. But if you have no issues with regular strings then that's fine too.

Not a bad price, various retailers have this same price. Not my preferred strings but a decent deal to not have to drive to a GC or Sam ash, or whatever's nearby if you have Prime.

I don't play my electric very often - like maybe once every two weeks or so. Should I go ahead and replace my string with "regular" ones like these or maybe use Elixir strings to keep the corrosion away for longer?
