Used this in probably almost 1000 transmissions now without issue. Good fluid at a good price.

Works great as a Toyota WS replacement. My 2003 Tacoma shifts smoother after draining and refilling 2 times. Works great for the steering fluid as well.

Honda uses different transmission throughout their vehicles. I have the 9 Speed in my Pilot, it's manufactured by ZF and not Honda. so this might be fine for few, you can not generalize it.
Actually this worked great with my honda 9 speed atf

You know Honda doesn't make their own fluids right?
2014 odyssey owner here. Back in 2019ish I noticed that my trans (with original Honda atf) started to "surge" on hill climbs while in 4th gear at highway speeds. I thought the trans was on its way out… but believe it or not, the Honda atf fluid had a bad batch. Drained and filled with MaxLife and never had a problem since. Surprised the hell out of me that the Honda fluid was bad. But it's true… google it - others have had the same issue. Point is that Honda atf can also be junk.

I also read that a couple of people are using it for the ZF. since I'm still in guarantee and the fluid looks differently, I chosed the ZF Fluid. but I will also change after I will run out of warranty

you did the first fluid replacement after 5 years? maybe that's the issue? usually you do 50k miles the first and then every 30k miles. on certain transmissions you do it more often.

the (right) fluid matters less than the exchange interval in my experience.

I had terrible shifting "shudder" and I did the drain fill service myself and this completely got rid of it (yes I followed the procedure regarding temperature)

Good stuff. Transmission was slipping on the toyota. Mileage was like 250k and never changed oil, which is bad. The slip was fixed after using this stuff, however, still has a noise like grinding when in gear and moving. Probably it is beyond repairs and need to do an overhaul with the plates. Also did another mistake. I totally flushed it (using the transmission pump) instead of gradually drain and fill. Dropped the pan and changed the filter too.

Amazon said it's compatible with my 2004 Golf GLS. Worth a try?

Regular price at Walmart is $24.98, so this is an inflated Amazon savings, but still a slight discount.

Also eligible for 11% store credit rebate at Menards if you have one nearby, making it $22.24

I used this to drain and fill my 2016 equinox and the difference was almost immediate as far as smoother shifts. No issues whatsoever.
