Eufy is constantly releasing updates to theit app that are untested amd broken leaving your cameras inoperable. Support and engineers are clueless. Stay away and save your hard earned money!

no amount of camera innovation matters if the app totally sucks. i have had eufy cameras for several years i can honestly say that the response time and number of 'used to work' features within the app, increases every year. 100% disappointed in this brand's app as it makes any 'security critical' video or stream situation, so frustrating. To the point where it is not even useful to have the cameras if the app is just going to ruin the day to day ownership of anything eufy.

Totally agree
I had several punks trying to open my truck doors around 3 am several years ago. Bastards had the nerve to open my gate and check if the trucks were unlocked.

Went to check the Eufy app and right when it's supposed to record the event, it just ends. I've seen it happen a few times before but at that moment was inexcusable since it's programmed for human detection and alarm notice at night

Switched to Google Nest which has been better recording long term events. Been doing the job so far
