To save money, check Best Buy for open box deals or ebay for refurbished. My Ultra was 399 open box excellent condition at Best Buy.

I love my Ultra, but not for 700 bucks.

I daily drive a Pixel 10 Pro and got the ultra for around $800 on Motorola website with a free ear pod, but I returned it, the phone seems to be solid especially after 14 updates that I went through after opening the box, but the camera was horrible and got a bit better (after updates) and still didn't pass my expectations for even normal video call.

Last month Motorola.com had a great deal for this phone. It's the Razr Ultra 2025 with 1 TB of storage and its ear buds, a $200 value for $800. What they also had was an additional $170 trade in for an older phone they had on their list. I had an old Motorola Edge 2021 and trade in was $20. For the phone, $170 + $20 = $190. $800 - $190 = $610 for the Ultra 2025. That is a great price despite the Ultra 2026 will be announced soon. As of April 9, 2026, Motorola.com is offering an additional $65 trade in value to an old phone, instead of $170 last month.

The Ultra 2025 is fast. It comes with 16GB of RAM (physical) plus the addition to add up to another 16GB of RAM using the phone's storage capacity, making it a 32GB of RAM. The refresh rate is at 165hz, and it performs very well with the Snapdragon Elite Gen 4 processor.

There was also a 10% off coupon at the time and it was 10% off the $800 price so that discount was pretty big.
