"Extreme Ops"…like an operations manager sitting at a desk opening mail? Or cuz it's black? Cuz, with 0 info about the steel, no other tools or meaningful information…it's difficult to imagine what "extreme" anything this might do.
I think just the fact that they named it "Extreme Ops" may be the single best indicator that it is not extreme, and should not be used for any real "ops".
Sometimes, one man's trash is just…trash.

honestly ... when they stopped making their own knives and went to china instead -- they got awful ... my last one lasted maybe 2 weeks ,,,,

The steel is 7Cr17MoV, found in both the OP and Amazon listing.

Lower carbon, but higher chromium content compared to most Kershaw knives (8Cr13MoV). This makes the knife easier to sharpen (and quicker to dull), but offers more corrosion resistance.

I've carried a version of this knife for the past 10+ years. It stays sharp enough, it's cheap to replace, opens and closes quickly. It's fine for opening boxes and other mundane daily tasks. For $11 it's fine for throwing in your truck, carrying, etc. I have better, though. It's not a Spyderco, but it doesn't have the same use case as one either.

Fun fact...a certain TLA agency stamps their info on versions of these and sells them in their field offices/resident agencies. Or at least they used to 10+ years ago.

If I didn't already have 4 of these I'd probably be in for one. They're good "I don't care if I lose it or break it" knives. There's one in each vehicle, one in my work area, and one in my kitchen junk drawer. Useful for opening boxes, breaking down boxes, cutting through twine, etc. No, they're not the sharpest, they don't last that long, but they're $11. If you're looking for a quality EDC knife, you need to spend more money than this.

Got this knife. it's alright for the cost but it's def not built to last. I know some other brands have been mentioned as budget friendly, but far as I can tell it's nearly impossible to find those knife brands under $10 so yeah.
