Rtings says it's a decent Hisense TV , it sits third from the top in their budget mini-LED line.

Thanks for posting this OP and thanks everyone else for the helpful comments too Smilie .. for those of us whose spouses might get a bit upset if we have a 75 inch TV delivered to our house Stick Out Tongue (I know I know there are spouses who would love a 75 inch TV too ) I notice the 55 inch TV is selling for $400.. Best Buy says it's $400 off at that price? (no idea if the 55 inch "really" normally costs around $800 though wiser heads than mine can probably say something about that here Smilie )

While it would be really annoying to be forced into buying an interface for the TV if the one it comes with (fire TV) is awful.. I have no experience with Fire TV so I'll just take Coconutz0311's word for it Smilie ... if it helps any I've been very happy with the "Roku Streaming Stick 4K" I snagged which admittedly was $25 around the 2025 November amazon sales compared to the $41 it's selling for now (boo)... to be on the safe side I grabbed the "VENTION HDMI Extension Cable 5FT" HDMI cable extender from amazon too (currently about $9) , apparently this helps far as roku sticks not overheating which can happen sometimes.. the wifi reception on it has been great even in the "as far as possible from the modem/router" corner of my house setup I have for my smart TV. I dunno, maybe grab the TV and suffer through the fire stick interface until the next November/December amazon sale and grab a roku?

Agreeeed. Amazing price but I need Google tv lol, I'm not a fan of external devices if not needed so having one remote w the tv built in OS of my preference is a big factor for me now that these new tv have built in specs better than most tv boxes

Why not get this from Costco if you have a membership? It's the same price but has a 2 year manufacturer warranty and then 3 year Allstate and yes I see Allstate is terrible but it's got to be worth something

Most external device remotes can control the tv too. I know my Samsung remote can also control my google tv stick. Not sure if Hisense can do the same

I don't need any of the smart tv features, I use everything through the verizon box. TV UI's get laggy over time, going through verizon, eliminates that.
