Note: Price dropped this morning and this is the first .97 markdown for the 65" c5 so stock should be plenty. There is still another hour before opening in the east coast for executives so pricing could change if it's a mess up.

Fighting the devil on my shoulder. My room is too bright for a C5. I have a Panasonic MiniLED and it's been mostly fine (still too bright for that, even).
Cant be bothered to go, but the fomo is real.
I have one also but will admit the my room is not bright whatsoever; however, I still had to turn the brightness wayyy down.

Not my pic, but slightly worse than this - taller window panes, corner unit, light from side and across from the TV, no buildings to provide shade/obstruction. It's way worse in the winter time when the sun is more south and goes in like 30ft into the apartment. In the summer, it goes in about 10ft, but still impacts the TV.
Blinds down don't help (they have fine holes, so it's more of a dimmer than a full-out cover).
I think just by virtue of having that much light might be damaging to the OLED itself anyway.
