Great deal for me. I have used Tracfone for many years with no problems. I'm different though. I'm not starring at a cellphone every minute that I'm awake. I buy one of these deals every couple years. I don't have to have the latest and greatest of everything in life.

The talk/text/data lasts an entire year, you don't have to pay anything monthly to keep the line. Note that it is 1500 talk/text/data total for 365 days, it doesn't reset monthly.

I put one of these in each of my kids gloveboxes, in case they lose or destroy their regular phones, so they can still get a hold of me in an emergency.

I bought in the previous deal right now the phone cannot be set up because it doesn't want to connect to the internet did anybody say same problem

I got mine March 21st. Had no issues setting it up and it still works just fine. It's not a phone that gets regular use, YMMV. Did you use up all of your data? The included amount isn't much at all.

So if I buy this phone, I see it comes with 1500 talk/text/data allowance thatlllast a whole year or so I have to keep topping the minimum once a month for a year? Sorry if it's a dumb question. Never bought prepaid phones like this

The talk/text/data lasts an entire year, you don't have to pay anything monthly to keep the line. Note that it is 1500 talk/text/data total for 365 days, it doesn't reset monthly.

Backup phone, use in the event your "real phone is lost, stolen, falls into vat of soup & no longer works. Gives you the ability to look for a deal instead of being/feeling forced to buy something, anything, right away.
