I bought it at $25.20 for 24 rolls in January. It seems to be the same quality as when I bought Costco version last year.

I've like these a lot from Walmart, Great Value Ultra Strong Paper Towels, White, 12 Double Rolls, currently $16.48, but might as well try these and save a few bucks. The Walmart ones are very good though.

These are pretty awful. They hardly soak up any moisture because they're so thin.
