The wood tray insert is 15.4" x 11.4" so the bins are probably about that size. The image shows the bins at 2.9" high. The biggest issue is the 22lb weight limit. I am looking to put workout accessories (handles, grips, small dumbbells, etc.) in the bins, but I think I need something sturdier than this one.

Too tall and narrow to be practical. I would hold out for a shop cart. There was a deal for a workpro cart for $38 that would be infinitely more useful than this toilet paper holder.
