My account has probably been flagged. Both the online and phone reps told me to verify my in in-store. I will probably head to a store this weekend. Honestly, I don't think it will make any difference. How about yours?
My first one will be ready for unlock on the 15th or 16th but it's been active on free line so should be no challenge. The other 3 are suspended and will see around the 18th status on them. Might have to activate the lines to get them unlocked.

Did they also pause the billing on those three lines?

Before I call or chat to unlock, do I need to do anything with SIM's if my phone has been active on the line for 60 days? I plan to move the phone over to my VZW line and put an old phone on the free Spectrum line then cancel or suspend line #2 after I move that phone over. My 60 days hits on June 20th. Thank you.

I have to assume you won't have to do anything before unlocking the phone that's been active for the 60 days. I won't know until I try it but others will hopefully chime in. My first unlock date would be the 15th or 16th. If you will be at the 60 days for both phones on the same date then you should be able to get both of them unlocked at the same time. If you don't need the 2nd line and that phone is unlocked--I would just cancel the line. If you suspend it will reactivate automatically in 90 days and you would then need to pay for it or cancel it.

Experts please chime in on this

I got 2 and each was on the new line and they both failed to unlock and they were Not active for 60 days. So far I got 2 S26 and 1 S26 Ultra were activated on the free line & Not active for 60 days and all were unlocked successfully. I also got 1 S26 on free line failed to unlock and I believe this one was somehow ignored by the system when it was activated successfully. Any way, 3 out of 12 phones were unlocked successfully on the free line for this deal. So look like we can get away with Not 60 days active on the free line; but not on the new line. I plan to cancel all 3 new suspended lines and move all phones to the free line for unlock.

I don't think it matters if the line is free or new. I just got a phone unlocked 60 days after purchase without even moving it to an active line to pretend it's the active device currently. It was activated and moved off a new line the day of purchase. The rep had no problem unlocking it. Everything seems arbitrary with these unlock attempts. Just gotta keep trying if you know the phone was purchased and activated over 60 days ago.

Next week is going to be crazy for the customer service reps. I might try and hold off and do all 4 of mine at one time??? Any suggestions on doing more then 1 at one time or should I do one at a time? I'm thinking if I get one that's super easy on unlocking maybe I'll try a few at the same time? If anyone tries a phone on a suspended line--pls let me know. Mine will hit the 60 days mid/end of next week.

My third and final unlock went smoothly and took the usual 2 minutes through chat this morning.

You are correct. I got 2 S26 Ultra from the new lines and were unlocked successfully yesterday and today. Both new lines were suspended few weeks ago and removed completely from my account yesterday. One S26 Ultra was unlocked automatically because rep said it was already unlocked when I requested yesterday; the other was unlocked manually this morning and they asked for order number before unlocked this one. Any way 7 more to go..☺️☺️

You can request more than 1 at the same time. It depends on that rep's mood. Yes, suspended line worked on my 2 S26 Ultra and removed line worked too.

Thanks for the information. So if the line is suspended, you can cancel it without having to reactivate? Removed from account after unlock? Spectrum agent removed the line from your account or did you port? Thanks again.

Yes, you can suspend the line for up to 90 days or remove it from your account completely. If it is removed from your account completely, you have up to 30 days to recover your line without any fee. I have done this before. I didn't port them out. By the way be ready to deal with some agents who will encourage you not removing completely from your account.
