So this is better than pre-order deal in the sense that doesnt require new lines? Of course, no double storage.

Do you do the trade in at the store? Is the $700 promo credit taken off at the store as well?
Yes, you can. Please read my previous comments regarding online vs. in-store.

I did it for a regular S26 about a month ago, and I was a bit salty that the Ultra is -400 now. But that was during pre-order (aka a different promo) which means I'm eligible for this one on the exact same line. I'm definitely going in hard on this promo again.

Moto G 5G 2025 is on the list. $30 at Walmart. You probably won't find a prepaid phone cheaper than that at retail.
thanks!

If we pay in full then $700 credit applies to account in full or over 36 months ? I'm confused with people saying both .

Previous deal was $200 off S26 series. This is $400 off. Trade-in promo of +$700 remains the same as FEB/MAR promo.

You can pay in full rather than doing 36 months of credits. Phone unlocks 60 days after activation.
But it says trade-in promo credits will be spread over 36 months.

That is to say... if you're paying in full, there are no promotional credits. It's only 1 lump sum they're applying to your account in exchange for the trade-in. You can then call/chat and request that lump sum be refunded to your payment method.

Word of caution: the CSC (customization software) for this particular model will likely be CHA (Spectrum). At least in case of S24 Ultra, this particular CSC didn't play well with voicemail for other carriers (even though the phone was technically unlocked). Might be a non-issue for s26 but better be safe than sorry.
I am not sure if this is related but when I used that same S24 ultra on Total Wireless, I had very limited signal. My wife imhas iPhone and she had full coverage. Looks like certain bands are missing/disabled in Spectrum version
