Am I mistaken the cable they mean is that little nub of connector that sticks out? That's hardly a cable.

does not seem like a good way to charge your phone on the go...probably too long to fit into a pocket and there's risk of damage with how it connects to a phone. a cable has flex whereas this thing would probably just break off if you bump it or drop it.

Slickdeals user identifies different use case scenarios exist. Fails to explain one where it might be more convenient like using it at home or anywhere you can set the phone down.

As far as I can tell, these are lightning connectors and you'd have to use the cable for usb-c

When using these type of chargers be careful not to damage the port of the charger or your phone. They're too bulky and a bit heavy to just have the port connector hold everything together while charging. You have to set the phone down. Even if you charge it while using your phone, you will fell like the ports bending a bit.

UPEB, eh...? Looking at the Front Page today got me curious. I went on the Wayback Machine and looked at the Slickdeals Front Page from 10 years ago. I did a Ctrl+F search and found that "Amazon" came up 33 times. I went to the front page today and did the same thing: "Amazon" comes up 403 times.
Just food for thought.
