Having said that, you should generally plan to only use one port at a time. When both ports are being used, the total max output (combined between the 2 ports) is 15w and I believe that is a max of 7.5w per port.
Individually, you get 30w for USB-C and I think 15w for USB-A. These work great as a transition charger for those people that still have old USB-A cables, but are migrating to USB-C.
Also, if you are using both ports and you disconnect one, it temporarily disconnects the other as well.
Both of these issues are also present in the similar Anker chargers. I assume it's the same for Baseus, but I haven't looked into those at all.

I think you're confused with max and total

Me: Is this product UL listed or ETL certified so I have some comfort it won't burn down my home?
Amazon's Rufus AI: No, but great news! The charger does have ClimatePartner Certification which means it is carbon footprint reduction certified.

As another user said, the charger will disconnect when plugging in a second device. The reason is this device is not capable of charging two devices and two different voltages. So if you are charging your phone at 9v/3amps and plug another device into the usb-a port, it will disconnect and switch to 5v charging for both ports which has a much lower max amps.
There are some other two port chargers on the market that don't have this limitation and can charge at two different voltages. They are also usually much larger.
