Can someone fill in some info on what this is for us non- users who might want to try it? What would the price be?

$10-15 for two meals pending your area.

What is a non user? You mean a non rewards member?

No idea what this is: 4/20 meal of champions.

Jimmy Johns in my area with combo as it is on the menu $9.79 for a sandwich and $1.99 for the chips (I am guessing with the BOGO, you get two for that price (or possibly even cheaper, if they decide to combo the chips and sandwich) or maybe those a la carte prices are after they treat it as a combo.
Weird fast food place.
Crispy treat (yeah, they actually have it called that on their desserts menu, are $2.29 each (I personally think a brownie would fit the theme).

But no idea if they are going to combo the original combo (sandwich and chips) with the treat.

It's just their 420-themed twist on a combo with chips and a dessert and the meals named after some reputed "users". Here's the list (and you can see pricing if you pick your store) …

(FYI … doesn't look like they include a drink)

Prices in NYC are insane, each of the eligible combo meals is $20+.

The combos also aren't cheaper than the individual items added up. Basically this deal is just BOGO for a set of sandwich + chips + dessert all at regular menu price.
