The cart says the promo code was applied but the discount is not showing up for me. I am seeing full price at the payment screen.

If you're referring to code HDAFF20, it will change from Applied to -$20 when it's working. It worked on some orders for me, but not all. I didn't have any issues with code SAVE, but it's possible there are exclusions. Good luck!
