Got one (not sure if it's exactly the same but looks the same)

Works really well. cut a fries really easily. cleans up easy too.
be careful. the blades are super sharp

You'll want to get the smaller cutter and backing plate to make smaller fries. The one it came with made really thick fries.

edit: I looked.....actually have this same brand

It costs a lot more, but after buying a half dozen junk fry cutters I bought this New Star for $99 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VSH9FHI I added the 1/4" blades and pusher, but frankly, I'm not sure I'll use those, 3/8" is my fry size (It also comes with 1/2" blades which would be good for fish & chips). Plus it's "limited edition black" who can resist that? lol

Fresh fries shrink in an air fryer so 3/8" is just right. This thing is truly heavy duty and makes really nice fries. It can handle long/large potatoes too, not much need to cut in half. The arm provides a lot of leverage which makes using it a breeze. I just rinse it off and blow out the excess water off the blades with a mini cordless blower. No need to take it apart. It's changed my fry game.

If you're making fries on a regular basis you probably want something like the New Star. The way I look at it, buy it once and you'll be done. Replacement blades are easily obtainable if you wear them out. I think they'll last a very long time for the average home.

DO NOT buy this. Its garbage. Let me save you some time.

The grey part is plastic. The chrome parts are cheap metal.

If you want to make your own fries look into what restaurants use.
It is going to end up costing more, but if you go through a lot of fries its worth it.
This thing, is flimsey, and light and will last you no longer than a few months before the frame gives out.

I have the New Star I mentioned above this post and it's great for me, but Danima is right, if you're buying this one you probably want the 3/8" cutter for regular french fries which is $46 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09N367...deals09-20 or you can get both 3/8" and 1/2" cutters for $51 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09N366...a0INT&th=1

If you need to make lots of fresh fries and use fairly continuously- this is cool (also good for onions). Cleanup is no fun and must be done soon after finishing or you will have some scrubbing to do and might get permanent mineral deposits, and dull blades.
For fries, buy the big bag of frozen ones at Cotsco and use an air-fryer for best results. You can also use an oven, a frying pan, or a toaster oven (in order of diminishing returns). They are very inexpensive and fry up crispy and creamy. We're never going back.

It works well. It is very solid. It can also cut other items, like sweet potato, onions, etc...

I wouldn't buy one of these again unless I had a place to securely mount it where it cannot move at all. Suction cups are simply not enough, the thing will move around a little bit and it'll be a pain to use and keep steady.

Much better are the ones that cut downward so all the force can be pushed into the table/counter so the thing doesn't move around.

I have a commercial vegetable/tomato slicer. I bought a large white cutting board form restaurant depot. Screwed the mount into the plastic. Works great. A damp towel on the granite and it doesn't move. A wood clamp on my 6ft plastic tables when camping.

Yeah - I own this exact model and it is dishwasher safe. And, as others have said - they're sharp....
