Active duty get free tickets.

Veterans and active/guard/reserves at San Diego can get up to 6 Military Silver Pass for just $113 each, which includes unlimited admission for 12 months, free general parking.

There are no locations in California, but I'm giving it a thumbs up so that more military and veterans can discover this deal. I believe that military and veteran-only deals don't receive much love around here.

Warning: They've just cranked up the parking charge to $45 which applies at Seaworld Orlando and Busch Gardens, Tampa. Also, both parks have operational issues, last time I went only one rollercoaster was open - everything else was broken or under scheduled maintenance. Also, they only take card payments, no cash accepted and you get a 9% service charge on EVERY transaction. Still, thank you for your service. These parks used to be awesome under Busch ownership but these days they've been run into the ground by United Parks.

Good to see that they're still doing this and honoring active duty and veterans alike.

So I'm assuming the veteran has to be there when you go? Would love to take advantage but my FIL is at that point where he's too old to do anything but too stubborn to accept using a wheelchair.

in practice: your party of 4 print-outs will be scanned right thru, without looking at WHO's actually walking in. So that's not an issue. My issue: no Veterans again for Seaworld Orlando?? (or am I missing something)

Strongly recommend you buy a parking pass in advance, based on the huge fees they charge associated with their Credit Card only - no cash policy.

Disney World offers just active or retired (not all veterans) service members discounted (not free) 4-7 day park hopper tickets.

Or you Buy them from Shades of Green Disney Resort ticket office:
