It says that, but I bought one of these ( "EU cord" PSU) the last time it was on SD. It was a US cord version that showed up. Even if it shows up with an EU cord, if you have a standard C13 computer power cable it will plug in with no issues.

Indeed. If you only need 750 watts (or less) as your max draw, it's unlikely your power demands are that rigorous.
