No, you can't swap the EU power cord for a US one with this MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 - EU Cord. The issue isn't just the plug type - it's the voltage compatibility:

EU version: Designed for 230-240V AC (European voltage)
US standard: Requires 110-120V AC compatibility
The power supply's internal circuitry is configured for European voltage standards. Using a US power cord on this unit would not provide proper voltage conversion and could damage the PSU or your components.

I can't find a photo in the reviews to see if there is the 230/115 switch

I was thinking this was the case (just joking about EU = US). However, it does look like it would work with a US cord swapped out.
AC Input voltage is 100 - 240 V
No switch required?
