No, you can't swap the EU power cord for a US one with this MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 - EU Cord. The issue isn't just the plug type - it's the voltage compatibility:
EU version: Designed for 230-240V AC (European voltage)
US standard: Requires 110-120V AC compatibility
The power supply's internal circuitry is configured for European voltage standards. Using a US power cord on this unit would not provide proper voltage conversion and could damage the PSU or your components.
I can't find a photo in the reviews to see if there is the 230/115 switch

Curiosity has gotten the best of me and I am trying to get a trash computer going that my workplace was throwing away. It is a pretty nifty Dell XPS 8930 with aluminum facia. Super tidy little unit that will replace my trusty aging i7 4970k as a basic workstation. The XPS will not power on so the assumption is dead power supply. Those old XPSs use standard ATX power supplies so if $55 doesn't fix the thing, then I'll strip it for parts and sell the 32GB DDR4, GTX 1070, m.2 drives on eBay and use this new PS for some other build later on.
