According to Rufus:

No, you can't swap the EU power cord for a US one with this MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 - EU Cord. The issue isn't just the plug type - it's the voltage compatibility:

EU version: Designed for 230-240V AC (European voltage)
US standard: Requires 110-120V AC compatibility
The power supply's internal circuitry is configured for European voltage standards. Using a US power cord on this unit would not provide proper voltage conversion and could damage the PSU or your components.

I can't find a photo in the reviews to see if there is the 230/115 switch

I was thinking this was the case (just joking about EU = US). However, it does look like it would work with a US cord swapped out.
AC Input voltage is 100 - 240 V
No switch required?

No. It's B for the 750W/850W B+ for the 1000W/1200W according to that document.

Rufus must have not bought a power supply in the last 10 years. Those 115/230 switches are a thing of the past. All modern PSU's are auto 115/230, including this one and the input range is specified as 100-240V in the Amazon listing.

The link is for the GL version, not the GLS in the post title.

On my 3rd one of these FYI. Both first two with fan failings. The first just got really grindy sounding, the second went screaming banshee loud. Bought a good brand 120mm fan as a replacement for the 3rd one but so far it's been okay.

So can you use your existing PSU cord or is the plug different on the unit too between u.s. vs. e.u.?

It appears to only include a single PCIe 6+2 cable that splits to two ends, and there are only 4 CPU/PCIe ports on the PSU. So if you need two cables for the mobo, even just 8 and 4, it won't be possible to run three separate PCIe cables to a GPU, only a split and a single, and you'd need to get another PCIe cable for the single.
Edit:
Or a 12v-2x6 to 6+2 cable.

I need this like I need a hole in the head, but I bagged one.
Curiosity has gotten the best of me and I am trying to get a trash computer going that my workplace was throwing away. It is a pretty nifty Dell XPS 8930 with aluminum facia. Super tidy little unit that will replace my trusty aging i7 4970k as a basic workstation. The XPS will not power on so the assumption is dead power supply. Those old XPSs use standard ATX power supplies so if $55 doesn't fix the thing, then I'll strip it for parts and sell the 32GB DDR4, GTX 1070, m.2 drives on eBay and use this new PS for some other build later on.
